DmFirst Forgot Password
Lost your DmFirst password? Start from the Forgot password? link on the login screen. If that does not get you back in, the screen itself tells you to contact customer service.
Working through the Forgot password? link
- Open the login screen as described in the DmFirst game login guide.
- Find Forgot password? next to the Remember password option and tap it.
- Follow the prompts that load. The reset screens were not opened while this page was written, so go by their exact wording.
- Choose a new password of 8 or more characters that combines letters with numbers, the same rule the register screen uses.
- Go back to login and use the Phone Number or Email tab that matches your account.
Why does DmFirst say to contact customer service?
The login screen shows a plain note: if you forget your password, please contact customer service. Treat it as the fallback when the link is not enough, such as a mobile number you no longer own or an email inbox you cannot open.
Clearing the lock after 10 wrong tries
Typing a wrong password more than 10 times locks the account. The dialog that follows asks you to reset through Forgot Password and offers a Contact customer service button. Stop guessing once you are unsure, because every failed try counts toward that limit.
SMS codes during a DmFirst reset
That could not be confirmed. Neither the login nor the register screen showed a code field when checked, and the reset screens were not opened. If an SMS code does arrive during a reset, type it only into the DmFirst screen and never read it out to someone who calls or messages you.
Avoid another lockout
- Pick a password you can recall but others cannot guess, and not your phone number.
- Tick Remember password only on a phone nobody else uses.
- Keep the number or email you registered with active.
