DmFirst game, not D&D or Instagram DMs
DmFirst, written as one word on its home screen, is a new online gaming platform that greets visitors with Welcome to the DmFirst Games! It is not Instagram direct messages, a Dungeons & Dragons term or a District Magistrate office, all of which turn up in searches for the same letters.
When this guide was checked, the DmFirst web app loaded at more than one numbered address, each displaying exactly the same app. Before you type a password on any page, check that the address bar shows a padlock and an address you have used before.
Phone Number tab, step by step
- Open the DmFirst web app in Chrome or another phone browser and tap Log in on the home screen.
- The login screen reads Please log in with your phone number or email. Stay on the Phone Number tab.
- Keep the country code on +91 and type the mobile number linked to your account.
- Enter your password in the password box.
- Tick Remember password only on a phone nobody else uses, then tap Log in.
Signing in through the Email tab
Accounts tied to an email address use the second tab. Tap Email, fill the box that says please input your email, add the same password and sign in. If you joined with a mobile number, stay on the Phone Number tab instead; only the phone version of the sign-up form was visible during checks.

The password rule behind a refused login
The register screen sets the standard: at least 8 characters, mixing letters and numbers. Its wording says digits, yet it still wants letters in the mix, so a birth date on its own will not pass. Check that your keyboard has not added a capital letter or a space before you tap Log in.
Five checks when DmFirst game login fails
- Wrong tab: an account created with a phone number needs the Phone Number tab, not Email.
- Typing slip: re-enter the password slowly; autocorrect and automatic capitals cause many failures.
- Wrong number: confirm it is the mobile number you signed up with, with +91 selected.
- Weak signal: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then reload the web app.
- Repeated failures: stop well before the limit below and use the reset link instead.
The lock after more than 10 wrong passwords
DmFirst locks an account once a wrong password has gone in more than 10 times. A dialog explains the lock, asks you to set a new password through Forgot Password and shows a Contact customer service button. The type of support channel behind that button was not visible.

Using the Forgot password? link
Beside the Remember password option there is a Forgot password? link. The login screen also carries a short note saying that if you forget your password, you should contact customer service. Try the link first, and turn to support when the link cannot help, for example when the registered number is no longer yours.
The register screen comes before the first login
The login form only works once an account exists. The DmFirst register screen asks for a +91 phone number, a password typed twice, an invite code box and a tick against its Privacy Agreement. Logging in from a home-screen shortcut
No APK file link appeared on the DmFirst screens that were checked. When checked, the footer of the home screen showed an Add to Desktop prompt for a home-screen shortcut, and a shortcut of that kind simply opens the web app in your browser. Read the DmFirst APK page before installing any file that carries the name.
Menus and game sections on the DmFirst home screen
A bar along the bottom holds four sections: Home, Activity, Promotion and Account. Games are sorted into Popular, Lottery, Mini games, Slots, Fishing, Sports, Casino and PVC, with slot tiles such as Phoenix Legend, Blessing of Shiva and Fruit 777, and WinGo 30sec is named on the same screen.
The Activity page lists an attendance reward that rises with each consecutive day you sign in, plus a box for gift redemption codes. Amounts and rules there can change, so read them on the screen itself.
Protecting the password you log in with
- Type your password only on the DmFirst login screen, never into a chat or a form a stranger sends you.
- Avoid reusing the password from your email or payment apps.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Email tab meant for my account?
If the account is linked to an email, yes. The login screen has an Email tab next to the Phone Number tab, and both need your account password.
Why won't DmFirst accept my password?
Check the tab, the +91 number and any automatic capital letters first. After more than 10 wrong tries the account locks and needs a reset, as the reset password page explains.
Does DmFirst remember my password?
Only if you ask it to. The login screen has a Remember password option; switch it on for your own phone and leave it off on a shared or borrowed one.
What if the number on my DmFirst account is no longer mine?
The reset link may not help then. The login screen tells users who cannot get in to contact customer service, so that is the place to ask.
Who can unlock a DmFirst account?
From DmFirst's customer service. The login screen points forgetful users there, and the lock dialog has a Contact customer service button. Shorter answers sit on the DmFirst help page.
